Strikeforce "Suganuma vs Hamman 2" kicks off tonight at 11pm ET from the Table Mountain Casino in Friant, CA.
The first meeting between Suganuma and Hamman ended in controversy when the fight, according to some, was stopped prematurely at the 15 second mark after Hamman ate a flying knee and dropped to the mat. Suganuma who is now 9-1, walked away from the fight with a TKO victory but want’s another chance to prove that is was no fluke.
Hamman of course was extremely upset with the outcome of the fight. The 9-1 fighter immediately popped up to his feet after the knee to argue that he was ok and could continue to fight.
